This shoe store is like no shoe store I've ever been in. I have terrible feet extremely high instep and pain. The owner worked with me for over an hour to get the correct size insole and athletic shoe for my feet. He was so attentive to what I needed and the young ladies that were working with him were as well. I went back and bought a second pair in a different color. My feet are feeling better everyday that i wear them . Im so glad i decided to try this store and will go back and I highly recommend them to everyone.

The people that work there are awesome, it has been years since I've been to a place that has their level of customer service. I will not buy a pair of shoes anywhere else ever. Thank you Silcott!

Absolutely most helpful staff!! They did not have the selection I was looking for but they sent me to where I needed to go. Their selection is great as well! Amazing shoes at affordable prices

I like Silcott's because you get old fashioned service and attention of being able to try on different sizes and styles before you buy. The people are great there and know what your feet need. I get my New Balance running shoes there. There are so many good shoes and work boots and it’s really comfortable in there

I can't say enough good things about this shoe store. The customer service is 10 stars. They truly care and spend time measuring and making sure your fit is just right. Truly lovely experience start to finish! ❤️

First of all the selection is excellent. The photos are just the part of the store. Most importantly is the service. I was assisted in finding shoes to perfectly fit my needs in both form and function. The staff's knowledge was so good that I ended up with TWO sets of shoes, equally good, but different for me to choose. To top it all off was the fit. I didn't realize how badly I had been fit for shoes in the past. I didn't know shoes could feel this good! I will be coming back for my winter boots, work boots, and many more walking shoes. I cannot recommend them enough! Work with them and you won't be disappointed. I live on the north side of Chicago and coming here will be worth every trip.

Upscale shoe store. They can provide true shoe fitting for each member of the family. Have pain wearing tour shoes? perhaps you are not wearing the right size shoes? Visit Silcotts. Except no fitting on Popcorn 🍿 festival day which is the second Saturday of September each year. Also a great shoe sale Friday and Saturday, 2nd week of September. Support small business.

Best shoe store ive ever been to! I used to go elsewhere for my work boots but tryd this place out and they had the absolute best customer service ive ever got. They also have a very very good selection of quality american made work boots! I will be going here exclusively now for my work boots! To top off the great service they offer a union discount!
